Terms of use

Draft for legal review. Items marked in gold are placeholders to complete before hosting. Remove this box when the text is approved.

These terms govern your use of the VectraComm website at vectracomm.com (the "site"). By using the site you accept them. The VectraComm service itself is provided under the agreement you accept on AWS Marketplace or in a private offer, together with the service terms at [link to service terms]; those documents prevail over this page for the service.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by [Legal entity name and legal form], [registered address]. Contact details are in the legal notice.

2. Information, not an offer

Descriptions of features, plans, channels, regions and availability on the site are for information and may change. They are not an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, terms, included volumes, discounts and service levels are stated only in a Marketplace listing, a private offer or a signed agreement, which prevail over anything on the site.

3. Illustrative figures

The savings estimator, example routing decisions, example statements and every number on the site are illustrations based on typical patterns. They are not a forecast or guarantee for your organization. Actual savings are measured against your own baseline after you are live, as described in your agreement.

4. Permitted use

You may view the site, download the PDF summary for your own evaluation and share links to the site. You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with its operation, submit false details in forms, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access to protect the site or other users.

5. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, design, code, the VectraComm name and logo and the PDF summary belong to [Legal entity name] or its licensors. Third-party names and marks (including Amazon Web Services, AWS Marketplace, WhatsApp and Google Translate) belong to their owners, and nothing on the site implies their endorsement. Open-source components used by the site are listed at [link, if any].

6. Forms and submissions

When you submit a form you confirm that the details are accurate and that you are entitled to provide them. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice. Ratings and comments you leave may be used to improve the site; please do not include confidential or personal information in free-text fields.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to AWS Marketplace and other third-party sites and may load third-party services (fonts, translation) as described in the cookie policy. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Availability and warranties

The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but give no warranty that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or decisions taken in reliance on the site's content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country are not affected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [place] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules that let consumers sue or be sued in their home country. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
